It's the chase. I hate it. It's The COT not much passing, get out in front and your good to go.

I also hate to say it, but with Dale Jr. doing so poorly and lastly JJ is doing it again.

I don't watch live much anymore. The DVR's got a good fast forward button.

I think the chase drivers should start in the last 12 spots inverted by how they qualify. That would make a fun race to watch. Seeing them work their way to the front.

I still believe the numbers are leveling out to what they should be

and will be until the next novelty comes along. The newness of the

major networks contract was a boost, as was the beginning of the

playoff format, but the COT changeover fell flat ratings-wise.

Try as they may, NASCAR will not be able to keep pulling rabbits from

hats. The ratings will reflect the fanbase accurately, and the major

networks will decide whether to continue.
