Yes it is Wayne.  Union Grove is actually the name of the town that the Great Lakes Dragway is located, but the names are pretty much interchangeable.  I used to run there in the early '70's.

Here is Spence Breitriter  (sic)  - this car was on e-bay a few years back restored back to as it looks in this pic.
