[NASCAR-Group] When Technology gets too Dumbed Down

I recently posted an ad on Craigslist to trade my old Blackberry 7250 for a
handheld GPS usit. I really didn't care what make/model it was since it was
for my three year-old son Freddy. I'm a GPS geek and my son is copying me
by walking around the house with a block of wood he calls his "Jee-pee-ess".

I got a couple of responses, but the one exchange I had still makes me shake
my head:

*i have a basic handheld GPS in great condition. are you interested in
trading it for the phone because i need a new verizon phone really bad.

Thanks, but I'm actually looking for a handheld unit that you would use for
hiking and such.

If you Google "handheld gps" you will quickly find out how wrong that
statement is.
