Just sitting here listening to a couple cd I today. Been picking a few christmas cd's up on ebay.......yeah.
Giving them out "ON" Christmas wouldn't work ! then they'd hafta wait till next year to listen to them.
Picked up a Lonestar Christmas cd for a penny and 2.99 shipping , good deal! and a mixed artist christmas cd with Elton John , Bon Jovi , Bob Seger , Moody Blues , Emerson, Lake & Palmer , Elvin Bishop , Billy Squire , The Kinks and Chuck Barry......$
I'm a classic Rock-N-Roll nut myself but I've also got my country artists that I like as well.
Classic Rock as in Boston , Foreigner , Styx , Kansas ,AC/DC , REO , Def Leppard and so on , you get the picture.....
I prefer rock but I have to compromise with the better half.
George Strait , Brad Paisly , Kenny Chesney and so on.
And even older preformers like George Jones , Randy Travis , Kenny Rogers , Alabama.....
Not into pop , RAP , elec-tek or whatever it's called. Or Jazz , never appealed to me ! I do like some Blues like Clapton , Jeff Beck , Stevie Ray & Double Trouble. The Blues Brothers as well !!
Some of Glen Miller and Tommy Dorsey's big band music is good.
But I'll take a bunch of good ol songs and fill up a cd and pass'em out to those that I know will appreciate them.
