| Peugeot's Interactive Short Film Asks a Question Nobody Really Cares to Answer [NSFW] Posted: 18 Feb 2012 02:03 PM PST  "What if you let your body drive?" is the name of Peugeot's new interactive short film that's supposed to campaign about the freshly launched 208 supermini, though you won't actually see the car until the very end of the seven minute-long video and only for about 20 seconds. That's not to say the clip isn't interesting to watch, it's just that there's not much to connect it with the 208... The film shows a man running around naked for the most part and getting himself into all sorts of bizarre situations after his girlfriend caught him with another woman. Given the amount of rear-end nudity (the front grille has been blurred out) in Peugeot's film, we'll have to warn you that it's definitely not for work. Read more »

| Report: The Formula 1 Pre-Season Testing Paradox Posted: 18 Feb 2012 12:57 PM PST  A tenth of a second is an eternity in Formula 1. In qualifying runs, it can mean the difference between the pole position and third place or even worse at the starting grid. During a pit stop, it can make or break your entire race. Moreover, if you multiply that tenth by 50 times or more, i.e. the number of laps in a Grand Prix, it is the difference between spraying the champagne on the podium and heading to the pits with your head down in disappointment. That valuable split-second is what hundreds of people strive for months each year. Shortly after the new season starts, the designers back at the factory start working on next year's car. Read more »

| Teen that Crashed Dad's New Mustang GT to get his Web Redemption on Tosh.0 Posted: 18 Feb 2012 08:59 AM PST  Back in 2006, Joey, a 14-year old teenager at the time, became an instant internet and media sensation when a friend filmed him crashing his father's brand new Ford Mustang GT with the optional Eleanor package. The short clip showed Joey getting into the driver's seat of the manual-gearbox Mustang GT V8, which still had the factory stickers on the window, and then all of a sudden we saw Ford's pony car accelerating right into the garage wall.

| First Official Photos of MINI Clubvan Concept Hit the Net Posted: 18 Feb 2012 08:03 AM PST  Just yesterday, we reported about Mini's plans to reveal a concept model for a light commercial application based on the Clubman, and today, the first official photos of the new Clubvan hit the interwebs ahead of its world premiere at the 82nd Geneva International Auto Salon in March. There's nothing really innovative or interesting, for that matter, about the Clubvan as the conversion from passenger model to van is pretty straightforward with Mini simply eliminating the rear seat bench and boot floor to create a continuous loading area. | Cadillac Drops New Press Shots and a Video of 2013 ATS Sedan Posted: 18 Feb 2012 09:09 AM PST  While we're still waiting for Cadillac to announce pricing for its new entry-level model that will arrive in U.S. showrooms this summer, Detroit's most premium brand released a dozen or so new photos of the ATS along with a video that highlights the sedan's "lightweight chassis". We also discovered a somewhat incomplete table on Cadillac's consumer website, which compares the ATS 2.0-liter Turbo to the new 2012 BMW 328i that's powered by a 2.0-liter force-fed four as well.
