formative steps to focus on the blast you had when nobody other than
you cares one little bit about what a blast you had, because it's
either about the work or it's not about the work, and of those two you
are not about the work when all you do is go on about the blast you
had. Real people work, and through the process of work, struggle, and
eventual achievement learn to respect the work of others.
Your cavalier, "whatever their agenda" reflects your lack of
understanding, and therefore a lack of respect for their hard work;
everything that went into making that commercial, from concept to
story board to lights, camera, action. You act like the star when all
you really were was just cheap labor. A dancing bear with a sign on
his neck would have cost them more than what they paid you.

You didn't make a film. I doubt anything you did was on film because
commercials aren't usually filmed. If you knew anything at all about
the industry, you wouldn't have even said "made such a good little
film" because it sounds ridiculous.
Somebody else made a commercial in which you were the onscreen
'talent'. You didn't have anything to do with the actual making of
the commercial which is why you weren't credited with having anything
to do with the making of the commercial. You were credited as talent
only, and paid less than accordingly.
You didn't even make union scale wages for the work you did. There is
even a professional standard for the commercial work you did, and you
agreed to work below standard which has as much to do with why you got
the job as any 'talent' you possess.

Sorry, Corey, I seem to be a bit thin-skinned over the holidays... and
I admit yours is one of the more difficult personalities to get a
handle on. Perhaps if I knew you in real life I'd be able to more
fully put all the complex pieces together. I have a few friends like

I actually got the concept of sig-link-quote from Dennis Hammes, and
it worked well for him as he used it at the end of every single Usenet
post he ever made, why didn't that get any complaints from you...

tells you what they see, and you either listen to your audience or you
